Born in Conway, Arkansas, Les spent his early years growing up in Newport, AR, where his father started the family business, Delta Trailers. Les later moved with his mother to Arlington, TX where he attended high school and college at the University of Texas, Arlington.

Les spent over 20 years in the Dallas/Ft. Worth metroplex as a business owner and later, a real estate agent. In 1998, an opportunity arose allowing Les to relocate to his home state of Arkansas, and begin a career working together with his father at the family business that began in 1971.

Les married his high school sweetheart and together they have three daughters. They also have two grandsons, and a granddaughter. Les has been involved in youth sports in Searcy by coaching youth soccer for over 10 years.

Along with coaching youth sports, Les enjoys playing the saxophone, golfing, boating and is a certificated private pilot. Also, Les proudly serves on the Board of Directors of the NATM (National Association of Trailer Manufacturers) and is a proud board member of the Searcy "Lionbackers".

Today, Les wants to serve as your voice at the state capitol. A voice that echoes your concerns. A voice that matters. A voice that cares.
